2010 – Foundation

THAI ADVOCATES, a Sarawakian legal firm, was founded by Alex Boon-Thai Woo and Sendra Mathew Masir.

Expansion

The firm expanded rapidly, opening branch offices in Bintulu, Kuching, and Sibu, along with an associate office in Kuala Lumpur.

A graduate of the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom, Alex furthered his studies and completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University, Queensland in 2006.

Sendra Anak Mathew Masir

Sendra graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the MARA University of Technology in 2006 and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak.

Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from Multimedia University (formerly known as Universiti Telekom) in July 2009. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2010.
